\u30df\u30c9\u30bf\u30a4\u30d7\uff09\u306eCOX\u963b\u5bb3\u6d3b\u6027\u30fb\u4f53\u5185\u52d5\u614b\u3092\u6bd4\u8f03\u3057\u305f\u3002\u305d\u306e\u7d50\u679c\u3001IMTP\u3001IATP\u306f\u9ad8\u3044COX\u963b\u5bb3\u6d3b\u6027\u3068\u30a2\u30a4\u30bd\u30d5\u30a9\u30fc\u30e0\u9078\u629e\u6027\u3092\u6709\u3057\u3066\u3044\u305f\u3002\u307e\u305f\u3001\u30e9\u30c3 \u30c8\u306e\u4f53\u5185\u5206\u5e03\u5b9f\u9a13\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u3001[<sup>125<\/sup>I]IMTP\u306f[<sup>125<\/sup>I]IATP\u3088\u308a\u3082\u901f\u3084\u304b\u306a\u8840\u4e2d\u30af\u30ea\u30a2\u30e9\u30f3\u30b9\u3092\u793a\u3057\u305f\u3002[<sup>125<\/sup>I]IATP\u306e\u8840\u4e2d\u79fb\u884c\u7387\uff0888.0%\uff09\u306f[<sup>125<\/sup>I]IMTP\uff0818.1%\uff09\u3088\u308a\u306f\u308b\u304b\u306b\u9ad8\u304f\u3001\u70ad\u9178\u8131\u6c34\u9175\u7d20\uff08CA\uff09\u963b\u5bb3\u5264\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u4f4e\u4e0b\u3057\u305f\u3002\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u7d50\u679c\u304b\u3089\u3001\u30b9\u30eb\u30db\u30f3\u9178\u30e1\u30c1\u30eb\u30bf\u30a4\u30d7\u3067\u3042\u308b[<sup>125<\/sup>I]IMTP\u304cCOX-2\u9078\u629e\u7684\u30a4\u30e1\u30fc\u30b8\u30f3\u30b0\u5264\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u3088\u308a\u512a\u308c\u305f\u6027\u8cea\u3092\u6301\u3064\u3053\u3068\u3092\u898b\u3044\u3060\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3057\u304b\u3057\u306a\u304c\u3089\u3001Celecoxib\u306a\u3069\u306e\u4e09\u74b0\u7cfbCOX-2\u9078\u629e\u7684\u963b\u5bb3\u5264\u3092\u6bcd\u4f53\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3068\u3059\u308b\u653e\u5c04\u6027\u6a19\u8b58\u5316\u5408\u7269\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u306f\u3001\u708e\u75c7\u30e2\u30c7\u30eb\u52d5\u7269\u3092\u7528\u3044\u305f\u691c\u8a0e\u3067\u3001
